For the week, participants delved deep into understanding customer needs, refining sustainable business models, and validating their value propositions. They developed actionable strategies to either secure their first customers or expand their market reach. With the guidance of mentors and experts, they also worked on building comprehensive venture development plans and enhancing their pitch decks to present their ideas with confidence and clarity.

But the Bootcamp was not just about learning—it was about unlocking opportunities and building connections. Founders had the chance to network with industry leaders, share their entrepreneurial journeys, and draw inspiration from one another. The culmination of the Bootcamp was a pitch session where participants showcased their ideas. From this session, 11 startups were selected to advance to a three-month hybrid incubation program. This next phase will provide continued mentorship, support, and investment opportunities to accelerate their growth.

This milestone represents more than just a training program—it signifies the beginning of StartHub Africa’s deeper commitment to Kenya’s thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
