Embassy of France in Uganda

About NISAT

StartHub Africa supported the Stanbic Business Incubator and the Embassy of France in the implementation of the NISAT Program.

NISAT aims at supporting 120 SMEs in the Agroecology and ecotourism sectors to develop sustainably and create jobs by promoting the emergence of networks of actors in these sectors.

SHA was contracted to implement two training lots of the program, business modelling and product development.

What we achieved and Impact

Refining their business models to make them more competitive while ensuring scalability and sustainability
Identify new opportunities by development of products and services amongst the beneficiaries using human-centered design methodologies and supporting MSMEs go to market.
Develop compelling pitch decks and improving their ability to tell their stories
