Zetu Africa is a Uganda-based company that started in 2019 as a design-based social enterprise Turning school bags into Mobile Classroom Furniture (called SeatPacks) to improve access to furnished Primary school classrooms and literacy.

SeatPacks are locally designed School-bags that turn into mobile bamboo-classroom-chairs with portable writing surfaces to perform the functional duties of wooden classroom desks/lockers that majority schools cannot afford.

Problem

Over 95million Children on the continent attend class without a place to sit or write during lessons. For this we turn school bags into mobile classroom furniture.

Solution

Unique high-quality handmade bags with great design for daily use. 10% of revenue funds mobile classroom furniture for Primary schools in Sub-Saharan Africa.
