Project Management Assistant

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Project Documentation: Assist in creating, maintaining, and organizing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Content Creation & Training Materials: Contribute to creating and organizing training materials and content.
- Co-Facilitation: Assist as a co-facilitator in online or classroom training and mentoring sessions.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the project manager, team members, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication by scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling inquiries.
- Resource Allocation: Assist in allocating and tracking resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure the project stays on track.
- Budget Management: Support the project manager in monitoring project expenses, tracking costs, and maintaining budget records.
- Monitoring Training Activities: Track and oversee the implementation of training sessions and mentorship activities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and updates.
Qualifications and Competencies
- University Graduate with min. bachelor’s degree
- Excellent writing and communication skills internally and with external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent management skills
- Proficient use of computer applications like excel, word, PowerPoint et al
- Training & facilitation skills
- Experience in program management/coordination
- Experience or desire in implementing entrepreneurship training.
