Student Community Manager

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Be the lead person to support the StartHub Clubs across 10 universities to develop meaningful activities for their club members and student community.
- Support the student leadership team across the 10 universities in personal development
- Lead recruitment of student leaders and club members
- Organize bi-annual campus director and club retreats
- Develop guiding documents to standardize our operations at the clubs
- Organize events
- Conduct entrepreneurship trainings at the universities
- Analyse data
Skills and experience:
- Very social personality, in person and on social media
- Very good at connecting with people
- Strong at developing and bringing in new ideas
- Thrives at taking over responsibilities and working with minimal supervision
- Experience in conducting trainings, preferably entrepreneurship.
- Added Advantage: Experience in building student clubs at Universities in East-Africa / was an active member of a student club like AISEC and others
